What e-commerce pricing software should cover
Pricing an online catalogue involves three jobs that are often split across tools and spreadsheets: knowing what the market charges, deciding what to charge, and learning whether the decision worked.
Monitoring tools cover the first job. Repricers automate a narrow version of the second. Very few tools close the loop by measuring the outcome, which is why pricing teams struggle to show what their work is worth.
Luska covers all three for online retailers and brands selling direct, with a Shopify integration, CSV import for any platform including WooCommerce, and a REST API.
How Luska does it
- 1
Monitor
Daily competitor checks from product URLs, out-of-stock detection, implausible readings flagged, and a price grid with a price index, gap to cheapest and margin.
- 2
Decide
AI recommendations per product with a one-line reason and a confidence score, shaped by your target margin, price position and rounding rules.
- 3
Protect
Recommendations stay above an 8% minimum margin and any MAP you set, and move at most 15% at a time. Larger changes can require a second approver.
- 4
Apply
Approve, adjust or skip in the queue, then push to Shopify. Other platforms, WooCommerce included, use CSV or the REST API; WooCommerce push is coming soon.
- 5
Measure
Luska compares sales 7 days before and after each approved change, so you can see which decisions worked.
Who it's for
Direct-to-consumer brands
Who sell their own products alongside resellers and need to watch both price and MAP.
Multi-brand online retailers
With catalogues from a few hundred to several thousand products.
Nordic and European shops
Luska supports SEK, EUR, NOK, DKK, GBP, USD and more, and keeps comparison sites such as Prisjakt and PriceRunner as reference.
Signs you have outgrown manual pricing
Competitor checks take hours each week
If someone spends a day a week on competitor prices, daily monitoring returns that time and gives a fuller picture.
Prices change rarely, or all at once
Catalogue-wide price updates once a quarter usually mean margin is lost between them. Daily recommendations spread smaller changes over time.
Nobody knows which changes worked
Without a before/after measure, pricing decisions are hard to defend. Luska's check on each approved change fixes that.
Margin surprises
If you discover below-cost prices after the fact, built-in floors on every recommendation stop it happening again.
What it costs
Starter is €149 a month for up to 100 products with three competitors each: daily price and stock monitoring, alerts and digests, the pricing calendar and CSV export. It does not include recommendations.
Professional is €449 a month for up to 1,000 products with 20 competitors each, and adds AI price recommendations, margin guardrails, opt-in autopilot, price elasticity from your own sales data and Shopify price push. Business is €1,290 a month for up to 5,000 products with 50 competitors each and adds the REST API. Enterprise is priced on request.
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial of Professional. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
Most e-commerce teams start the trial on Professional, which includes every step above except the REST API.
Frequently asked questions
Which e-commerce platforms does Luska support?
Shopify (catalogue sync and price push), CSV import for any platform including WooCommerce (direct WooCommerce sync and price push coming soon), and a REST API on Business and above.
Do I need sales data?
Not for monitoring or recommendations. Sales data adds price elasticity and the before/after check on each approved change.
How long does setup take?
It is self-serve. Import or sync products, add competitor URLs, and recommendations follow once the first daily checks have run.
Can several people work in Luska?
Yes. Workspaces support teammates, and you can require a second approver for price changes above a threshold.
Is my data secure?
Data is hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest by the hosting provider, and isolated per workspace.
