Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days of Professional — recommendations, autopilot and competitor monitoring included. No credit card is needed to start.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep recommendations running. Nothing is charged automatically — the trial never asked for a card.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from your billing settings.
What is the difference between Professional and Business?
Professional covers one catalogue with recommendations, elasticity and autopilot. Business adds larger limits, every vertical, capacity and yield pricing, REST API access, confidence ranges on each recommendation and an onboarding workshop.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing costs ten times the monthly price — two months free on every paid plan.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify is supported on Professional and above with product sync and price push. WooCommerce stores import products by CSV; direct WooCommerce sync and price push are coming soon. Every plan can import and export CSV; Business adds the REST API. See the Integrations page for current status.
Is my pricing and sales data secure?
Data is hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting provider, and isolated per workspace with row-level security. See the trust center for our DPA and sub-processors.
