The problem

Most pricing still runs on spreadsheets and spot checks.

Competitor prices are checked by hand, margin impact is estimated after the fact, and nobody can say later why a price was set. Luska replaces that loop with one your finance team can audit.

01 — Monitor

Know the market price, with sources

Competitor prices are read on a schedule you choose, from every six hours to weekly. Each reading keeps its source page and timestamp.

02 — Decide

Get a recommended price, with reasons

Every recommendation shows the competitor prices, your margin after the change and its confidence — in plain language, one click from the data.

03 — Govern

Approve it, and keep the record

Changes above your threshold go to the approver you name, push to your store, and land in a history you can export for review.

How a recommendation is made

No black box. Five steps you can inspect.

  1. Step 1

    Read the market

Competitor prices from the pages you track, each with its source.

  2. Step 2

    Add your numbers

Cost, stock and sales history from your store or a CSV.

  3. Step 3

    Apply the guardrails

An 8% margin floor, your MAP prices and a ±15% cap per change are enforced first.

  4. Step 4

    Recommend with reasons

A price, the evidence behind it and a confidence level.

  5. Step 5

    You decide

Approve, adjust or skip. Every outcome is recorded.

When competitor data is thin or out of date, Luska says so and lowers its confidence — it does not fill the gap with a guess.

Questions pricing leads ask first

Will Luska change prices without my approval?

No. Recommendations are applied only when someone on your team approves them. Autopilot is opt-in, and even then it stays inside the limits you set and cannot breach the built-in margin floor or your MAP prices.

Where do the competitor prices come from?

From the competitor pages you track, read on a schedule. Each reading keeps its source page and time, so you can check any number yourself.

How often are prices checked?

Daily by default. You can set each product anywhere from every six hours to weekly.

What does setup involve?

Connect Shopify or import a CSV, then add the competitors you want tracked. Recommendations appear once the first competitor prices have been read.

Is my data secure?

Data is hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and isolated per workspace. See the trust center for our DPA, sub-processors and security practices.
