What's broken with how ecommerce price today

Monitoring tools that stop at the data

Knowing a competitor dropped 3% does not tell you whether to follow. Luska turns competitor readings into a recommended price with its reasons, margin impact and confidence.

Repricers that only go down

Rule-based repricers chase the cheapest offer. Luska's recommendations follow the position strategy and target margin you set, can go up as well as down, and never drop below an 8% margin over cost.

MAP breaches found weeks late

Set a MAP price per product (Professional) and the daily monitor logs any tracked competitor offer below it, with a screenshot where one was captured.

What Luska does for ecommerce

AI recommendations with reasons

A target price, its reasons and a confidence score for each product. Approve one at a time or in bulk from the queue. Professional plan and above.

Built-in guardrails

Every recommendation keeps at least an 8% margin over cost, stays at or above your MAP price and moves at most ±15% at a time. You set the target margin, position strategy, rounding and the change size that needs an approver.

Store connections

Shopify: catalogue sync and price push (Professional). WooCommerce: CSV import (direct sync and price push coming soon). BigCommerce and Magento: connect your own API key and map products for price push. Anything else: CSV, or the REST API on Business.

Competitor data you can check

Out-of-stock offers are left out of the market price, readings outside 0.5–2× the median are flagged, and comparison-site prices are shown for reference only.

How it works in practice

Add products by Shopify sync or CSV, paste the competitor page for each product, and Luska reads the prices daily. Recommendations land in an approval queue; approved prices push to Shopify, and Reports → Decision history shows whether each change did what was expected.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Prisync or Minderest?

Prisync and Minderest focus on competitor price monitoring. Luska monitors too, then turns the readings into a recommended price with reasons and an approval step. See /alternatives/prisync-alternative for a side-by-side.

Can Luska change prices on its own?

Only if you switch on autopilot (Professional). It applies changes inside rules you set — minimum margin, maximum change and a daily limit — and never below your MAP price or the 8% margin floor. Otherwise every change waits for approval. Applied changes are logged and can be rolled back.

Do you support multiple currencies?

Yes. Each product carries its own currency, so one workspace can hold products priced in, for example, GBP, EUR and USD.
