Competitor reputation is easy to overlook
Shifts in how customers see a competitor can open opportunities, but few teams follow them systematically.
- Changes in competitor reputation go unnoticed
- Reviews spread across several platforms
- Missed opportunities when competitors face customer complaints
- No quick summary of what customers say about competitors
- Manual review reading takes too long to keep up
What the snapshot does today
An AI-assisted summary per competitor, shown in the dashboard. It is not continuous review monitoring.
AI summary per competitor
Luska searches public web results for a competitor's reviews and asks an AI model to summarise the ratings and the main themes.
Indicative ratings
Ratings are shown per competitor. Where little review data is found they are AI estimates, so treat them as indicative, not as published scores.
Run on request
The snapshot runs when your workspace is set up or when you enable it from the dashboard's recommended actions. It is not refreshed on a schedule.
On the roadmap
Tracking your own reviews, reading named review platforms directly, trends over time and alerts are not available yet.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which review platforms does Luska read?
Today it searches public web results for a competitor's reviews rather than reading platforms such as Trustpilot or G2 directly. Direct platform tracking is on the roadmap.
How reliable are the ratings?
Treat them as indicative. When the search finds little review data, the AI estimates a rating, so a figure may not match any published score.
Can I monitor my own reviews alongside competitors?
Not yet. The snapshot covers competitors only.
Will I get alerts when sentiment changes?
Not yet. Sentiment alerts are on the roadmap.
